365 Global Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 365 InspectAI for your personal or business inspection needs. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Founders offer: $299 one-time payment (first 500 users). After the founders offer closes, new users pay $49.99/month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
365 InspectAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to 365 InspectAI at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
